- Submission of Required Document : by November 17

• If you cannot upload the required documents or additional documents that you want to submit, Please send the PDF file for required documents, filled [form 1,2,3] to GEI (gocha@chauniv.ac.kr) before sending the original document by post.

📌 Application Procedure

1.Complete the attached Form 1 ( Application Form) ,Form 2 (personal statment&studyplan), Form3(Certificate of Financial Support)

2. Prepare all required documents (e.g., graduation certificate, transcript, passport copy, etc.) according to the attached admission guidelines.

Combine all required documents into one PDF file.

3. Submit the PDF file by email to gocha@chauniv.ac.kr

4. Pay the application fee of KRW 95,000 to the designated bank account(우리은행 1005-904-711912 차의과학대학교) stated in the admission guidelines.

• Your application will be considered complete once both the documents and the application fee have been received.
• We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the temporary website suspension and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
