- Submission of Required Document : by November 17
If you cannot upload the required documents or additional documents that you want to submit, Please send the PDF file for required documents, filled [form 1,2,3] to GEI (gocha@chauniv.ac.kr) before sending the original document by post.
📌 Application Procedure
1.Complete the attached Form 1 ( Application Form) ,Form 2 (personal statment&studyplan), Form3(Certificate of Financial Support)
2. Prepare all required documents (e.g., graduation certificate, transcript, passport copy, etc.) according to the attached admission guidelines.
- Upload PDF file on www.studyinkorea.go.kr
- You can submit the PDF file by email to gocha@chauniv.ac.kr, if you have additional Documents
- Original documents should be arrived on time (Deadline: 17. Nov)
- Pay the application fee of KRW 90,000 to the designated bank account(우리은행 1005-904-711912 차의과학대학교) stated in the admission guidelines.
Your application will be considered complete once both the documents and the application fee have been received.
